What you'll do

  • Actively support and partner with a dedicated team of M&A accountants in: centralizing and executing all M&A-related accounting activities.

  • Lead and assist with pre-close Accounting and Tax due diligence for target acquisitions.

  • Lead Day One post-acquisition readiness preparation, including accounting: onboarding and integration planning of people, processes, policies, and technology recommendations for the acquired accounting team.

  • Travel on Day One post-acquisition to assist in delivering comprehensive: overviews of Anduril's people, processes, and systems to newly acquired accounting teams.

  • Lead and support preparation of closing balance sheets and supporting: documentation. Lead detailed review of acquired entities' closing balance sheets with key M&A and accounting stakeholders.

  • Prepare and draft final closing statements and supporting schedules.

What they're looking for

  • Execute, support, and lead the opening balance sheet crosswalk process.
  • Support the hands-on integration of acquired accounting processes and activities.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new accounting team members to Anduril’s Oracle: Fusion and broader boundary system ecosystem.
  • Provide hands-on operational and supervisory support, including temporarily: filling in for departed team members from acquired accounting teams as needed.
