What you'll do
Architect & Deploy: Prototype, develop, and scale end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging Python , LLM-based architectures (RAG) , and Machine Learning models.
Strategic Alignment: Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders, aligning our Process Intelligence capabilities with their broader enterprise AI strategy.
Scale Innovation: Identify high-impact AI use cases across the Celonis platform and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g., via the Machine Learning Workbench ).
Lead "Lighthouse" Projects: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers, ensuring successful value realization from pilot to production.
Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI Agents and automation capabilities .
Enablement & Evangelism: Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share success stories to elevate the organization’s technical maturity.
What they're looking for
- Full-Stack Implementation: Design and architect deployments that seamlessly integrate AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation into complex enterprise IT landscapes.
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure: value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider. Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong: portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
