Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.

What you'll do

  • C Shift: 6:00am: 6:00pm, Thursday - Saturday (every other Wednesday )

  • Coordinate daily workflow, staffing assignments, and operational priorities: to support production and material flow objectives.

  • Lead and support warehouse associates while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, perform inventory: adjustments, and support inventory control initiatives.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for operational issues, shipping and: transfer requests, inventory inquiries, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process, inventory, and quality-related: issues while escalating concerns as appropriate.

What they're looking for

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of: standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Train, mentor, and coach associates on safety, quality, equipment operation, and departmental processes.
  • Coordinate activities with Production, Logistics, Quality, and other: departments to ensure operational alignment and achievement of shared goals.
  • Communicate operational performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
