What you'll do
C Shift: 6:00am: 6:00pm, Thursday - Saturday (every other Wednesday )
Coordinate daily workflow, staffing assignments, and operational priorities: to support production and material flow objectives.
Lead and support warehouse associates while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, perform inventory: adjustments, and support inventory control initiatives.
Serve as a primary point of contact for operational issues, shipping and: transfer requests, inventory inquiries, and cross-functional coordination.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process, inventory, and quality-related: issues while escalating concerns as appropriate.
What they're looking for
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of: standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Train, mentor, and coach associates on safety, quality, equipment operation, and departmental processes.
- Coordinate activities with Production, Logistics, Quality, and other: departments to ensure operational alignment and achievement of shared goals.
- Communicate operational performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
