What you'll do
Lead the technical lifecycle of ServiceNow and related governance platforms: (IRM, Risk, Change, Incident, CMDB, Asset).
Ensure configurations are secure, scalable, auditable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Design and implement integrations across ServiceNow, IAM systems, asset sources, and security tooling.
Improve data consistency across Asset, Process, and Risk domains.
Define and drive technical standards for governance platforms.
Establish clear technical interfaces and measurable health metrics.
