The opportunity
We’re hiring a Lead Technical Sourcer to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to develop thoughtful sourcing strategies and engage hard-to-find talent at every level, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
What you'll do
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing: strategies for a variety of technical and leadership roles
Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach,: talent mapping, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
Serve as a strategic talent advisor by sharing market insights, calibrating: candidate profiles, and recommending adjustments based on pipeline data
Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Regularly track and analyze pipeline health, sourcing performance, and: conversion data to ensure progress and inform internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with: emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology
