What you'll do
Own the Finance related systems spanning our subscriptions management system: (Chargebee) interacting with tax platforms such as Avalara, and payment gateways through to our ERP (NetSuite) and our Planning system. Own the API interfaces and related tools (Workado) to ensure complete and accurate data transfer between these systems.
Review daily the audit logs across these systems and ensure effective logical access controls are in place.
Review and maintain all financial systems policies and procedures.
Collaborate with IT and financial staff to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and fix finance-related system issues.
Train and support finance team members in the use of financial systems and procedures
