The opportunity
We’re hiring a Lead Technical Recruiter to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to run thoughtful, high-quality searches and deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through close.
What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptance
Deliver a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Build strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
Work closely with hiring teams to run structured, efficient interview processes
Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to ensure consistent progress across searches
Partner cross-functionally with recruiting and People team members—including: recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and people partners—to support smooth and effective hiring processes
What they're looking for
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with: emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology
- + years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles
- Ability to own searches end-to-end including sourcing, screening, and closing
