What you'll do

• Lead daily activities of technician team to meet production targets. Help: manage daily priorities, provide necessary process and design feedback, and train team where knowledge gaps are present.

• Support new product engineering during development and pre-production phases: of hardware life-cycles, including building pre-production, qualification, and production hardware.

• Assist with transitioning product lines from engineering development to full rate production.

• Provide detailed feedback to engineering team on process improvements, common: issues, line layout, and work instructions.

• Maintain engineering pilot line and tool storage

• Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems

What they're looking for

• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered
• Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace
• Possibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed
• + years of experience working in a manufacturing setting (aerospace,: electronics, or medical industry is preferred) performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
