What you'll do
Understand Palantir's relationship with its US government customers and: provide advice and counsel in support of Palantir's business goals.
Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements.
Advise on product development issues, compliance, intellectual property: rights, data privacy, conflicts of interest, and more.
Develop and implement strategies to manage and resolve government inquiries.: Exercise initiative and creativity in solving challenges.
Passion for cutting-edge technology and working on complex challenges in the federal government space.
Experience with government contracting, software licensing, or regulatory compliance is a bonus.
What they're looking for
- Experience monitoring federal legislative and regulatory developments and: advising internal stakeholders is a plus.
- Prior experience in government with exposure to policy development,: especially AI policy, or regulatory processes is a plus.
- Strong preference for candidates based in DC or NY.
- Active security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
