What you'll do
Evaluate and manage legal tech vendors and service providers.
Lead implementation and administration of our contract lifecycle management system.
Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to: ensure our systems deliver the reporting, visibility, and deal insight they need.
Build and own renewal and contract obligation tracking and related workflows.
Develop the processes, metrics, and infrastructure a scaling legal function depends on.
+ years of relevant legal operations experience.
What they're looking for
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle: management, discovery management, legal billing, and other systems necessary to enable a fast moving legal function.
- Familiarity integrating legal systems with Salesforce.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with finance and revenue operations.
- A systems thinker with a bias to action, comfortable building infrastructure from scratch.
