What you'll do
Advise and support our security team on legal matters.
Handle customer notifications and related customer-facing legal communications.
Support compliance efforts across the organization.
Provide generalist counseling across functions as needs arise, including: support for Product, Security, Privacy, and other teams.
Help build the foundational processes, templates, and infrastructure for a: scaling product counseling function.
+ years of relevant in-house or law firm experience.
What they're looking for
- A JD and membership in at least one US state bar.
- Breadth across privacy, security, compliance, and product counseling.
- Comfort operating as a generalist and flexing across whatever lands on legal's desk.
- Prior experience working in a hyperscaling, fast moving environment.
