What you'll do
Review and process NDAs, vendor agreements, and other contracts.
Help to coordinate all aspects of contract administration, including basic: review, drafting and negotiation, managing approval and signature processes, distribution and archiving, and escalating critical issues.
Track litigation files with varying levels of complexity and timelines to: ensure both the Legal team and outside counsel are meeting applicable deadlines.
Establish legal tools, playbooks and policies. Help create and update: standards and practices for legal review and approvals.
Manage and lead special projects.
+ years post-qualification/post-graduation experience as a Contract Manager,: Legal Project Manager, Paralegal, or Contracts Administrator in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
What they're looking for
- Ability to work with Uber Freight stakeholders across Mexico and the US.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working with organizations to negotiate, draft and finalize sales: and other commercial agreements preferred.
- Be a contracts pro. You have the experience and confidence to review or help: coordinate on a broad variety of agreements, including NDAs, services agreements, and website terms and conditions. You spot issues, are not afraid to ask questions and possess the judgement to escalate issues to others on the legal team when necessary.
