What you'll do
Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to its fullest potential in: order to facilitate the life cycle of an order
Exceed customer on time pick-up and delivery expectations
Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers contracted to: the account as well as other carriers operating in your geographical region
Effective and timely freight coverage and carrier selection through systemic: routing guide and spot shipments including rate negotiation
Leverage TMS to effectively route and consolidate orders considering best: cost and transit options for all transportation modes
Monitoring and resolving shipment data errors

- Proactive analysis to prevent service failures
- Proactively develop, recommend and implement cost savings and/or service: improvement programs in support of the transportation strategy
- Professional and timely communications
- Identify patterns with shipper, receiver, and carrier performance and recommend actions for improvement
