What you'll do
Oversee daily delivery operations in a single site ensuring all routes are covered efficiently by DSPs.
Monitor live delivery systems and address any operational challenges in real-time with the relevant DSP
Review EPOD images and performance data to ensure service quality aligns with customer expectations.
Repack damaged customer boxes in line with Food Safety and Quality Standards
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate DSPs or internal management.
Raise issue tickets to the internal logistics team where issues arise
What they're looking for
- Build and nurture strong relationships with DSPs, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational alignment.
- Act as a point of contact for DSPs, promptly addressing concerns or providing guidance.
- Experience in home delivery operations or a similar logistics role
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task various operational tasks
