What you'll do
Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to its fullest potential in: order to facilitate the lifecycle of an order
Effective and timely freight coverage and carrier selection through systemic routing guide and spot shipments
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout order lifecycle: (shipper, carriers, customer service representatives, etc.)
Monitoring and resolving shipment data errors
Meet and exceed customer expectations for on time pick-up and delivery
Lead KPI review meetings with carriers to improve service and ensure alignment on expectations
What they're looking for
- Identify cost‑saving and service improvement opportunities and support implementation of approved initiatives
- Resolve carrier invoice discrepancies in TMS
- Train new customer and vendor users on the TMS, demonstrating understanding: of customer business practices and workflows
- Minimum Vocational Education Level 4 (MBO-4)
