What you'll do
Leverage Uber Freight’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage the: full order lifecycle, including load building, tendering, tracking, and execution
Drive exceptional on-time pickup and delivery performance across assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure consistent service delivery
Execute freight coverage strategies using routing guides and spot market: options, including rate negotiation when needed
Optimize transportation plans through consolidation, routing, and mode selection to balance cost and service
Monitor shipment data integrity and proactively resolve system errors or exceptions

- Identify trends and proactively prevent service failures through data-driven insights
- Communicate professionally and effectively with shippers, receivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze performance trends across carriers, shippers, and receivers to recommend service improvements
- Resolve carrier invoice discrepancies within TMS financial workflows
