What you'll do
Manage daily transportation execution activities for assigned customer accounts
Utilize Uber Freight’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to support the: full shipment lifecycle, including load building, tendering, tracking, and updates
Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance
Monitor shipment activity and proactively resolve operational issues, delays, or service disruptions
Support appointment scheduling and shipment visibility updates
Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding: shipment status and operational impacts

- Analyze shipment and carrier performance trends to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Leverage routing guides and spot market options to support effective freight: coverage and transportation solutions
- Assist with resolving shipment data discrepancies and invoice-related issues within the TMS
- Document and follow customer-specific operational procedures and workflows
