The opportunity
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U. S.
What you'll do
Execute precise electromechanical assembly of flight and development avionics: hardware, including the fitting and integration of PCBAs, torquing, sealing, alignment, harness routing, thermal interface installation, and enclosure assembly to deliver fully integrated avionics units.
Prepare, clean, and handle components per strict military and aerospace cleanliness standards.
Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings, wiring diagrams,: schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
Identify, document, and communicate any non-conformances or build issues to engineering and quality teams.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineers, quality assurance, and: design teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and update documentation.
Maintain accurate build records and ensure full traceability of parts and: workmanship consistent with aerospace standards.
What they're looking for
- Perform functional testing on avionics assemblies to verify compliance with: specifications and document all results.
- Assist in polymeric process applications such as potting, encapsulation,: bonding, and conformal coating on electronic assemblies and harness terminations.
- Conduct conformal coating touch-ups on PCBAs, including masking, application,: curing, and inspection in accordance with applicable standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing assembly: efficiency, quality, and process repeatability.
