The opportunity

What you'll do
Ensure all required efficiencies are achieved and maintained.
Assist and give guidance to a team of helpers to ensure production runs are: being completed on time, in full, while ensuring quality standards are being met.
Work with our Food Safety and Sanitation teams to ensure all automated: equipment is meeting regulatory standards.
Operate machines to grind, extract, mix, blend, dry, freeze, cook or: otherwise process food or beverage products.
Perform pre and post-inspection of packaging equipment using the appropriate: job plans, procedures, and manuals, in addition to machine calibration.
Accurately set up equipment and ensure proper and safe operation.
What they're looking for
- Complete required documentation and run production reports.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to ensure Production downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
- Responsible for adhering to Food Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices),: Health and Safety, and HelloFresh policies and best practices to ensure a safe workplace and the highest possible product quality for our customers
