What you'll do

  • Follow defined work instructions, process controls, and maintain a safe work environment

  • Maintain maximum work center uptime by identifying and reporting off-nominal: issues (e.g., alarms, out-of-tolerance conditions) and actively maintaining best practices

  • Perform cleaning, testing, assembly, inspection, and related support tasks on precision parts and assemblies

  • Use metrology equipment including CMMs, optical microscopes, and other precision instruments

  • Perform data entry, work tracking, and effective communication with team members and leadership

  • Actively seek out and provide feedback on process improvements and efficiency: opportunities to engineering/leadership

What they're looking for

  • Keep a clean and safe work environment following company guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • + years of professional work experience using precision tools (torque tools,: precision metrology instruments, precision testing equipment)
  • Experience working under a quality system with defined requirements
