What you'll do
Follow defined work instructions, process controls, and maintain a safe work environment
Maintain maximum work center uptime by identifying and reporting off-nominal: issues (e.g., alarms, out-of-tolerance conditions) and actively maintaining best practices
Perform cleaning, testing, assembly, inspection, and related support tasks on precision parts and assemblies
Use metrology equipment including CMMs, optical microscopes, and other precision instruments
Perform data entry, work tracking, and effective communication with team members and leadership
Actively seek out and provide feedback on process improvements and efficiency: opportunities to engineering/leadership
What they're looking for
- Keep a clean and safe work environment following company guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- + years of professional work experience using precision tools (torque tools,: precision metrology instruments, precision testing equipment)
- Experience working under a quality system with defined requirements
