What you'll do

  • Own safe 24/7 response, shift coverage, escalation, tier routines and maintenance handover.

  • Deliver uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, schedule compliance, backlog and cost performance.

  • Establish standard breakdown, emergency-work, defect-elimination and return-to-service governance.

  • Deliver AM strategy

  • Deploy asset criticality, RCM, PM optimization, CBM/PdM and chronic-loss: elimination with Reliability Engineering.

  • Own RCA quality and countermeasure verification for high-impact and repeat failures.

What they're looking for

  • Partner with Production on AM Levels 1–3, CIL, centerlines and operator equipment care.
  • Own CMMS governance, asset/BOM/task-list, planning discipline and shutdown readiness.
  • Own critical-spares, repairables, obsolescence, vendor lead time and inventory-health strategy.
  • Build and develop supervisors, engineers, planners, team leads and: technicians; define competency/certification architecture.
