What you'll do
Lead, motivate, and mentor the electrical maintenance team to perform: preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blanker, automation equipment, and other related machinery.
Conduct detailed inspections, diagnose electrical system failures, and: perform repairs on electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems.
Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes of electrical: malfunctions, and restore productivity in a timely manner.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans to: minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and other safety: standards, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with production supervisors and team leaders to align maintenance: efforts with production goals and ensure efficient workflow.
What they're looking for
- Train maintenance technicians and operators on electrical systems,: troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and parts inventory.
- High school diploma: additional education or apprenticeship is a plus.
- + years of stamping maintenance experience, preferably with servo tandem line and blanker operations.
