What you'll do
Lead, motivate, and mentor the mechanical maintenance team to perform: preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blanker line, scrap conveyors, cranes and other related machinery parks.
Conduct detailed inspections, diagnose mechanical system failures, and perform repairs on mechanical systems.
Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes of mechanical: malfunctions, and restore productivity in a timely manner.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans to: minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and other safety: standards, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with production supervisors and team leaders to align maintenance: efforts with production goals and ensure efficient workflow.
What they're looking for
- Train maintenance technicians and operators on mechanical systems,: troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and parts inventory.
- Execute and document all preventive maintenance (PM) activities on assigned equipment.
- Knowledge of robots, conveyors, tooling troubleshooting abilities, along with: various other types of manufacturing equipment.
