What you'll do
Electrical systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment from 24 VDC to 480 VAC, restoring functionality and preventing repeat failures.
Mechanical systems: Diagnose and repair mechanical and conveyance systems, ensuring proper alignment, component replacement, and long-term reliability.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems: Maintain and repair pumps, valves, cylinders, actuators, and supply systems to ensure proper pressure and flow.
Automation support: Assist with troubleshooting PLCs, drives/VFDs, robots, and automation networks, and support commissioning of new equipment.
Preventive maintenance: Execute PM tasks that directly impact equipment uptime, safety, and performance.
Technical documentation: Maintain accurate CMMS entries, documenting work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
What they're looking for
- Continuous improvement: Participate in root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
- years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal form and work effectively as part of a team.
