What you'll do
Lead and develop a team of 10–12 AP Associates across invoice processing,: freight audit, and account reconciliation functions, ensuring consistent performance management, coaching, and a collaborative team culture
Partner with the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & Freight Audit, and: cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, process improvements, and resourcing needs
Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of high-volume invoice processing,: freight invoice auditing, and account reconciliation across the team
Review and resolve complex or escalated billing disputes, discrepancies, and: reconciliation variances, partnering with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed
Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory: requirements across all processing, freight audit, and reconciliation activities
Maintain working knowledge of multi-country tax, invoicing, and regulatory: requirements relevant to the team’s expanding scope, ensuring operations remain compliant as responsibilities grow
