What you'll do

• Execute HelloFresh Asset Protection Standards of Work (SOW) by maintaining a: consistent presence on the floor, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment with company expectations

• Lead and conduct operational, compliance, and security audits (e.g., access: control, camera systems, visitor management, vendor compliance) to identify risk and drive corrective actions

• Own end-to-end investigations, including case development, documentation,: interviews, evidence management, and partnership with law enforcement when applicable

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection Specialists by setting: clear expectations, reinforcing Standards of Work, and driving accountability for performance, investigations, and audit execution

• Drive shrink reduction through data analysis, root cause identification, and: implementation of targeted action plans

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and staffing agencies to: ensure adherence to policies, mitigate risk, and address employee related concerns

What they're looking for

• Monitor and report on key Asset Protection metrics, including theft trends, audit results, and incident data
• Ensure all incidents are properly documented, investigated, and resolved in: accordance with company policies and legal standards
• Develop and present data-driven business cases to support security: improvements, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead site level emergency preparedness efforts, including emergency action: plans and coordination with local first responders
