What you'll do
Conduct research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and: create solutions prioritized into a clear roadmap
Drive Executive QBR planning cycles end-to-end, from company guidance through to final outputs
Maintain CORA's operating rhythms including weekly and monthly reporting, and: represent CORA during audits and compliance exams with internal and external stakeholders including regulators
Partner with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) when solutions require more complex technical builds
Maintain all enablement resources including guidance, policies, procedures,: FAQs, training materials, and AI agents
Identify and implement scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges across both programs
What they're looking for
- + years in product operations or program management for software/product: initiatives, with experience owning cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear,: actionable plans and drive them to completion
- Experience partnering with technical teams and translating business: requirements into tooling or process solutions
- Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging: AI to automate and accelerate workflows
