What you'll do
Coach, develop, and hold accountable a multidisciplinary team spanning: supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management.
Set priorities, clarify ownership, and develop and execute a workforce plan: that expands the team’s capabilities and capacity.
Oversee the operating model connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply,: L11 rack production, and deployment readiness.
Establish operating reviews, escalation mechanisms, and metrics covering: schedule adherence, material readiness, supplier capacity, and ERP data accuracy.
Lead the team’s contribution to new rack architectures and L11 new product: introductions in partnership with Hardware Engineering and Infrastructure Operations.
Govern BOM consistency and integration test requirements while influencing: structured cabling and data center standards that enable deployment-ready racks.
What they're looking for
- Drive relationships with global L11 integration suppliers, including: performance reviews, capacity commitments, and escalations.
- Partner with Hardware Sourcing on regional expansion, commercial: negotiations, and L11 operating-budget governance.
- Develop and scale programs that increase the range of work completed through: rack integration, improve lifecycle execution, and reduce deployment complexity.
- Partner across Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Logistics,: and Hardware Sourcing to evaluate new capabilities, establish appropriate controls, and turn successful pilots into repeatable global operations.
