The opportunity
As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) Manager supporting our Emerging Enterprise (EE) segment, you will build, lead, and inspire a team of DSAs who help our most innovative, fast-growing customers accelerate their journey from idea to production on the Databricks Platform.
What you'll do
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Hire, coach, and grow DSAs capable of guiding EE customers to production success across a wide range of Data, AI, and ML workloads.
Accelerate Path to Production: Inspire your team to minimize friction, remove blockers, streamline onboarding, and enable customers to get high-impact workloads into production faster.
Maintain Technical Excellence: Ensure you and your team stays ahead of the curve with advanced knowledge of Databricks and the broader Data and AI ecosystem, continuously learning and achieving certifications.
Collaborate for Customer Growth: Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, Product Engineering, and Professional Services to build integrated customer plans that accelerate adoption and deliver tangible ROI.
Champion Operational Rigor: Establish mechanisms for tracking, forecasting, and communicating workload progress, usage growth, and customer health.
Be a Thought Leader and Sponsor: Serve as the technical sponsor for select EE accounts, engaging tech leads and executives to shape customer success strategy at scale.
What they're looking for
- Contribute to the DSA Practice: Drive initiatives that enhance consistency, scalability, and innovation across the DSA organization.
- + years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Architecture, Field: Engineering, or similar roles with a focus on Data and AI), including 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Experienced in cloud-based Lakehouse architectures, specifically in guiding: customers through migrations and modernization, leveraging cloud-native architectural principles.
- Proven track record in accelerating workloads to production and enabling: sustained success on cloud-native platforms.
