What you'll do
Help shape and drive our AI for Developers strategy, partnering with Staff: and Sr. Staff engineers to assist them in aligning architecture trade-offs and product direction
Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape, and help the team: balance innovation with incremental, measurable developer impact
Serve as a champion, expert, coach, and consultant to empower teams and: leaders across the company to adopt and leverage new AI capabilities in their day to day workflows
Foster relationships with partner teams and stakeholders, as well as crafting working agreements
Coach and mentor the team with empathy to do their best work while growing in their roles & responsibilities
Contribute to the broader organization’s culture and processes (with a “first team” mentality)
What they're looking for
- + years of experience as a full-time manager
- Experience supporting and coaching Staff+ (ideally multiple) and Senior engineers
- Experience managing a remote/distributed team
- Prior experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms,: ideally at scale and with tools, frameworks, or systems commonly used in the industry
