What you'll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, QA, Product,: Documentation, and UX teams) to ideate, design and implement features that drive the core authentication experience for users in the Workforce and Customer identity landscape
Manage entire lifecycle of major features from ideation to delivery by: maintaining strong emphasis on broader alignment, accurate estimations and high bar for quality and security
Propose and align on technical strategy
Contribute to technical designs, proposals, and architectural decisions
Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with comprehensive unit/functional tests
Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to: coding standards and security best practices
What they're looking for
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Mentor and coach junior engineers
- Extensive experience working on medium to large projects in a technical: capacity through accurate estimations, precise project planning, project oversight and delivery
- Strong hands-on experience designing & developing enterprise software using Java with Springboot
