What you'll do

• Lead all aspects of facility infrastructure management, including planning,: design, construction, maintenance, and operations across multiple states.

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of MEP systems and implement: preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades to meet evolving operational needs: across California, Arizona, and Michigan sites while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and maintain building management systems (BMS) and electrical power: monitoring systems (EPMS) for optimized facility performance.

• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.

• Respond to technical emergencies and resolve equipment failures promptly to maintain business continuity.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,: Facilities Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities engineering,: building infrastructure, or plant engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Strong expertise in the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or mission-critical environments.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, including: medium- and low-voltage infrastructure, power monitoring systems, and building management systems (BMS).
• Hands-on experience performing or overseeing electrical system studies,: including load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash analysis using ETAP or similar software.
• Proven experience managing facility infrastructure projects from concept,: design, and procurement through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and other applicable building: codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that: improve system reliability, equipment life, and operational efficiency.
