What you'll do
Lead a team of technicians and specialists in the execution of preventative: and corrective maintenance, spare part control, and general troubleshooting of plant utilities including electrical systems, emergency backup power, HVAC (ARU, AHU, FCU, DOAS, fans), chilled water, heating hot water, process water, compressed air, scrubbers, city water, natural gas, and process waste streams
Drive organizational excellence through the creation of standardized KPI: metrics and ensure accountability at all levels
Oversee the development and implementation of advanced maintenance: methodologies to improve equipment uptime, efficiency, and cost control
Manage work ticketing system to ensure correct staff and timely responses to break/fix requests
Manage third-party service providers to ensure services meet SpaceX standards and terms of contract
Partner with construction team to develop, plan and execute site improvement projects
What they're looking for
- Own cranes and related material handling systems (initial ownership; potential future transition)
- Support 24/7 facility operations including off-hours and emergency response protocols
