- Own cranes and related material handling systems (initial ownership; potential future transition)
- Support 24/7 facility operations including off-hours and emergency response protocols
- + years of professional experience with facilities operations or critical: systems management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure systems: HVAC, hydronics, compressed air, electrical distribution, generators, fire suppression, and other critical facility systems
