  • Oversee Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and: electrical systems from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Develop project scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, and: manage project budgets and cost control.
  • Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with the Engineer and Owner.
