What you'll do
Launch new products and businesses into new markets.
Drive adoption and business outcomes alongside technical delivery, using: customer feedback and product data to guide investment.
Continuously challenge the team to think about new vectors for market: penetration. Our goal is to be in the toolkit of every company using a database.
Own the roadmap of the Database Monitoring product, with particular emphasis: on AI features and developer personas.
Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and staff engineers across multiple geographies.
You have hands-on experience partnering directly with customers to refine: product experiences, find product-market fit, and coach teams through the process.
What they're looking for
- You take ownership beyond product delivery, leading the go-to-market strategy: and driving adoption and commercial success.
- You have a proven track record scaling exceptional product engineering teams:: hiring, coaching, performance management, and building appropriate team structures.
- You have experience deploying applications on Postgres.
- New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
