What you'll do
Collaborate with product management, design and other stakeholders to define: the operational plan and roadmap for Toast Advertising
Align the team to current priorities and help them keep executing at a consistently high level.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to help your teams get stuff done
Mentor both new and experienced engineers in both technology and leadership
Track and ensure teams are delivering impact and outcomes in their work
Drive knowledge sharing programs across the team and broader engineering organization
