What you'll do
Develop new proposition opportunities and evolve existing subscription tiers,: grounding recommendations in strong commercial thinking and local market realities.
Own the full journey from initial hypothesis to executive recommendation,: including opportunity sizing, unit economics, margin and licensing analysis, cannibalization modeling, and the final narrative.
Build and stress-test business cases that account for Spotify’s licensing: structure, local market dynamics, currency considerations, and subscriber economics.
Identify and quantify potential cannibalization across existing tiers and: revenue streams, including the relationship between free, lower-cost, and standard offerings in price-sensitive markets.
Partner closely with Finance, Product, Legal, Strategy, and Market teams to: challenge assumptions, build alignment, and shape clear recommendations.
Monitor competitive, consumer, and macroeconomic developments to identify: opportunities and risks that should inform the proposition roadmap.
What they're looking for
- You have experience in product strategy, management consulting, corporate: strategy, business development, or a related area, with a track record of turning ambiguous questions into structured recommendations.
- You are comfortable building and owning complex financial models, including: unit economics, margin analysis, scenario modeling, and cannibalization frameworks.
- You understand the dynamics of high-growth consumer markets and have: experience working across different markets or geographies.
- You can translate complex commercial trade-offs into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
- You work effectively across functions and levels, building alignment while: constructively challenging assumptions.
- You balance analytical rigor with sound judgment and are comfortable moving: between detailed analysis and broader strategic thinking.
- You are curious about markets where established playbooks may not apply and: enjoy finding practical paths through uncertainty.
