What you'll do
Own and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories,: including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy: development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
Serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value,: mitigating risk, and ensuring the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and support the build-out of the corporate procurement team
Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost: savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- + years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
- Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
