What they're looking for
- Create site-level security plans for new and existing facilities, tailored to: local risk profiles and operational requirements
- Design and deliver training programs across physical security and loss: prevention topics (emergency response, office security, travel security, incident reporting, etc.)
- Develop audit frameworks and LP checklists for site leads to execute on a recurring basis
- Manage physical security programs across all Flexport facilities globally: (offices, warehouses, and partner sites), including new locations as Flexport and the Omni fulfillment network expand into new markets
