What you'll do
Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for our global recruiting: processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while remaining hands-on in solving: our most complex and important problems
Design and evolve a standardized end-to-end hiring process that balances: speed, quality, consistency, compliance, and candidate experience
Turn business priorities and user needs into scalable recruiting programs and: product solutions with clear measures of success
Lead the evolution of our recruiting technology ecosystem, including: decisions about what to build, buy, integrate, automate, simplify, or retire
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve: productivity, decision-making, and the overall hiring experience
What they're looking for
- Partner across Recruiting, People, IT, Legal, Security, and the business to: align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive adoption
- + years of experience in recruiting or people operations, technology, or a: related product or operational function
- + years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Proven success building and scaling global recruiting processes, programs, and technology
