What you'll do
Create a welcoming and inclusive workplace experience by assisting employees,: guests, vendors, and other visitors
Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, facilities: requests, workplace safety, and compliance with local health and safety requirements
Manage relationships with external vendors and partner with IT, Security, and: Facilities teams to maintain a safe, reliable, and seamless office environment
Coordinate logistics and hospitality for in-office meetings, team offsites,: cultural celebrations, employee resource group activities, and volunteer events
Partner with the People team to support regional onboarding, including: right-to-work checks, in-person paperwork, onboarding content, and other local requirements
Manage local People administration, including HR correspondence, employment: verifications, required signatures, benefits administration, medical checks, wellness programs, and relationships with local providers
What they're looking for
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for regional employees and support the: global People team with local employee relations matters, terminations, payroll, time tracking, and other employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with People and Legal teams on local labor requirements and union: matters, and provide English–Portuguese translation, interpretation, and cultural guidance when needed
- + years of experience in office management, workplace operations, People: Operations, HR coordination, or a related role
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages
