What you'll do
Build, lead and manage high-performing teams, managers, and individuals,: across multiple locations, including providing performance reviews, continual feedback, and career growth.
Define and deliver on long-term vision and multi-year strategy for: company-wide programs collaborating with product management and engineering leadership/executives.
Define success criteria, delivery plans, track risks, and ensure successful: execution of Risk’s most complex programs.
Make substantial improvements to how the teams you work with communicate and: operate to significantly increase the productivity and efficiency of the teams.
What they're looking for
- + years of management experience of varying seniority, including managing managers
- + years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience
- Extensive experience in finding and growing talent through coaching,: mentoring, and career development conversations
- Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale and: leading teams of Technical Program Managers who have done the same
- Experience operating autonomously and leading across multiple teams, with: stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership
- You are comfortable working with geographically distributed teams
- You’ve managed teams that designed and operated critical infrastructure
