The Anduril Maritime team is a dedicated group of driven professionals passionate about advancing subsea technology and delivering innovative capabilities to meet our customers' needs. We are seeking a Maritime Technical Operations Engineer to join the Dive-XL Field Operations team.

What you'll do

• Deploy globally to support customer-fielded AUV operations from a variety of support vessel types.

• Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs and: associated equipment in the field.

• Master the intricacies of AUV operations and subsystems; serve as a product: expert in both hands-on and remote support scenarios.

• Drive challenging and vague technical problems to clarity and resolution at: the interface of hardware, software, and networking.

• Liaise between customers, engineering, and operations for issue resolution,: ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Support the creation, review, and execution of test plans during at-sea: testing while working with integration and test engineers.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, ocean: engineering, related discipline, or comparable experience
• Prior military or overseas contracting experience
• Skilled in deck operations using ship-based cranes, A-frames, or dedicated AUV launch/recovery systems
• Knowledgeable in electronics troubleshooting and test equipment use
• Experience in training and qualifying users or junior staff
• Experience with software development
• Expertise in integrating subsea acoustic sensors, navigation, and communication systems
• Knowledge of offshore HSE policies and best practices
