What you'll do

  • Contribute to the development and hands-on execution of HelloFresh New: Zealand marketing plans, becoming an expert on the local consumer, media, and food category landscape while balancing global stakeholder requirements.

  • Contribute to an integrated brand calendar, working with local/global: creative, brand, and product teams while integrating campaigns across marketing channels (SEO, influencer, paid social, direct sales, etc.) to drive wider goals.

  • Partner with the HelloFresh ANZ Product Marketing Lead to support, deliver,: and seamlessly integrate product marketing as part of broader brand activity.

  • Champion the HelloFresh customer at the heart of everything, supporting: performance, CRM, direct sales, and CX teams with customer-focussed creative and comms briefing to reinforce the brand value proposition.

  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships (creative, PR, media) and central ATL: teams to write insight-led briefs, develop media strategies, and execute localized brand activity.

  • Manage the end-to-end creative production of campaigns and autonomously: deliver locally- and globally-led brand partnerships, collaborating with central teams and local culinary, product, growth, and ops functions.

  • Coordinate and track the HelloFresh New Zealand brand budget, maintaining: accurate records and processing spend to deliver world-class activity on time and to budget.
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis and reports, sharing the impact of marketing: activity on business and brand KPIs alongside recommendations and hypotheses to test for future brand activity.
  • Passionate about food and the HelloFresh brand, immensely curious about: future possibilities, and driven to bring an innovative, ambitious approach to brand marketing.
  • Extensive marketing knowledge (ideally brand/digital), with a solid: understanding of tailoring cross-channel communication to increase brand salience, love, and consideration while balancing data to inform planning and decision making.
