  • Proven ability to build tools, dashboards, or automated workflows to solve: real-world problems (vibe coding is fine; no engineering degree required, but you need to have built something and be able to walk through it).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in spreadsheets, BI tools, or data visualization platforms.
