What you'll do

  • Execute end-to-end settlement operations for institutional clients, including: receiving, verifying, and processing requests accurately and on time.

  • Reconcile activity across internal systems and external venues (e.g., banking: portals, custodians/exchanges) and use blockchain explorers to validate on-chain transactions.

  • Maintain strong documentation and controls for repeatable settlement: workflows; contribute to runbooks and knowledge-sharing.

  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of the crypto industry’s landscape,: tokens/protocols, and different verticals in which they’re deployed (staking, governance, etc.) Is capable of navigating and learning various systems and tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Looker.

  • Partner cross-functionally (Trading, Client Ops, Risk, Compliance,: Product/Engineering) to improve tools, reduce manual steps, and strengthen controls.

  • Manage the complexities of settling transactions across a wide range of: digital assets and fiat currencies under strict time constraints.

  • Stay current with evolving crypto market structure, operational best: practices, and relevant regulatory/compliance requirements.
