What you'll do
Define tokenization product strategy, primitives, and roadmap across: issuance, lifecycle management, custody, settlement, reporting, and investor/issuer workflows.
Translate complex regulatory, capital markets, and blockchain constraints into clear product requirements.
Lead product delivery across a multi-asset-class roadmap (MMFs, commodities,: fixed income, equities, etc) in a highly regulated environment.
Drive outcomes that scale issuer onboarding, deepen the investor experience,: and build reusable primitives rather than bespoke integrations.
Navigate OCC/banking-grade governance, controls, and risk management expectations.
Build operating rhythms with engineering, legal, compliance, and: client-facing teams that keep delivery moving without compromising controls.
What they're looking for
- Translate fluently between business and engineering audiences in both directions.
- Influence senior stakeholders (issuers, investors, internal leadership): through crisp narratives and tradeoff framing
- Credibly represent the product in front of institutional issuers and: investors; convert what you hear in those rooms into roadmap signal.
- A track record owning a technical product roadmap end-to-end in regulated: financial services (capital markets, payments, asset management, or banking).
