What you'll do
Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in: the defense, national security, or aerospace domain
Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills
Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a: culture of influence through relationships
Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into: operational requirements and performance specifications
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
What they're looking for
- Experience with C2 Hardware and Software, Networking, CUAS, and/or Air and Missile Defense
- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles
- Prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience
- Able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance to TS/SCI
