• Coordinate bilingual (English/Spanish) deployment as required.
• Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and transition: to Full Operational Capability (FOC).
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, FedRAMP standards,: cybersecurity requirements, and DHS SAFETY Act obligations.
• Monitor project performance, resolve risks and issues, and provide regular: status updates to Government leadership.
