The opportunity
The Manufacturing Security program is a critical component of Anduril's overall security posture, specifically tailored to the complex demands of our large-scale manufacturing sites. Our approach differs significantly from other security operations, requiring a specialized team…
What you'll do
Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MSOC. Ensure sufficient staffing coverage, identify and address process gaps, and ensure that the team’s service level aligns with stakeholder expectations.
Incident Management Support: Serve as the MSOC’s administrative point-of-contact during major incidents and events. Participate in incident management team calls and post-event debriefs. Assemble event timelines and support incident reconstruction as part of after-action reviews.
Emergency Services Liaison: Establish and maintain active relationships with local PSAPs to ensure coordinated incident reporting and pre-planned logistics for emergency responses.
Documentation Development: Plan, develop, and implement written documentation, such as procedures, standards, job aids, and reference material, that will establish consistent expectations and scalability for the MSOC’s operations.
Quality Assurance Program Development: Develop and oversee a quality assurance program that includes the review of incident intake records (phone calls, alarm data, emails, etc.) and response data (CAD reports, radio traffic, CCTV, etc.) to ensure the team’s execution aligns with written guidance and best practices.
Training Program Development: Develop and oversee a comprehensive training program for new MSOC staff that adequately prepares them to function in the role.
